Refund Policy

NimbleQR is sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payments and refunds on our behalf, and this policy follows Paddle’s refund policy.

14-day refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.

How to request a refund

Email apps@digitalthandverk.no from the address on your account and we’ll take care of it. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle, our payment provider, at paddle.net or using the links in your Paddle receipt.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. In line with our never-break promise, the QR codes you created keep redirecting after you cancel.

Your statutory rights

Where the law where you live grants you additional or longer cancellation or withdrawal rights, those rights apply and take precedence over this policy. See Paddle’s refund policy for full details.
